Today’s Greatest Technology Kayla Watson Block 2B April 8, 2013

Phones I believe that phones are the greatest technology that has been invented. The first phone was invented by Alexander Graham Bell on March 7, 1876.

The First Phones As Said before the first phone was invented in The first phone changes the way people communicated. Phones still affect the way people communicate.

“House Phones” Phones started off really big and over time got smaller. They were commonly referred to as “house phones”. The phones were very big compared to house phones today.

After the first telephone innovated into a “house phone” they became mobile phones. Mobile phones have affected society greatly. They have affected us positively and negatively. Mobile phones are commonly called “cell Phones”. Mobile Phones

Negative And Positive Some positive things about cell phones are an easy and efficient ways to communicate. Also mobile phones are used for so much more than just calling today. The negatives are that some people use mobile phones while driving and that causes accidents. Another negative is that people are always on their phone so they never have time for activities or they would rather be on their mobile phone. They could also affect social and health issues.

Impact On Society Cell phones have impacted peoples daily lives. Almost everyone over the age of 16 has a cell phone. People are commonly on the phone because it is an easy way to communicate. Even though they way phones call today isn’t very different from the past, mobile phones can do so much! They make life easier. Cell phones have negative impacts but they balance out with the positive.
