Conclusions There is a clear demand for reform of public service delivery; nearly one third of citizens noted problems in accessing services. Corruption is a problem (bribery was noted in 24 out of 30 institutions included in the survey). More than half of respondents support the idea of providing public services via the internet or mobile phone. 10
