Our school Our school really cares about the environment We do our best to lower the use of electricity

Electricity use in the school 1 PC uses about 0.23kW.h per day, all our PCs use 11.5kW.h per day 1 copying machine uses per day : 0.25kW.h, all the copying machines (6x): 1.5kW.h All the data projectors: 10kW.h per day

Total consumption  per 1 day: 21.5 kW.h  per 1 school year: kW.h and that is 14,200 Kč (€ 600) for all the electric devices So much money? I won‘t use computers.

Lighting The school replaced the old light bulbs with fluorescent tubes The school still pays more than 200,000 Kč (€ 8,000) per year

Questions Can we save money? Do we want more field trips (abroad), more school events? Do we want to reconstruct the school building?
