SPACC Project Lima Peru 22 Jan 2009 SPACC Progress to Date In Bequia a potable water system powered by renewable energy has been identified and designed In Saint Lucia engineering guidelines have been devloped to be incorporated into the building codes of the country Also in Saint Lucia a wastewater recycling and rain water irrigation system will be co-financed by a hotel resort and the project In Dominica five pilots have been identified
