Problems 2 The main problem that was realized at the 1st meeting of work in Larnaca (Cyprus- October 2009) was the co-ordination of partners. This problem was solved in the 2nd meeting of work that took place in Karditsa (Greece-March 2010) and since then everything rolled harmoniously in the partnership

What were the practical outcomes of the activities? What kind of final products have been produced as a result of the project? (1/2) 4 The Workshop for Vocational Education and Training Psychomotor The Occupational Therapy Music therapy Education and Technology Techniques (Working in groups, the technique of brainstorming, the case study, the concept map, the simulation games, role-playing, debate, the narrative) Social Work service Their attendance was decisive and multidimensional. Apart from the powerful spirit of collaboration they demonstrated, they supplied the leader partner with plenty of elements, theoretical and practical, as well as, with precious elements that resulted from research and analysis. The elements that were incorporated in the final product were:

Questionnaire and Statistical Analysis shows 5 The questionnaire was anonymous and was addressed to social functional and school teachers with special education. The methods of work that are used and the problems that they face up in the social work and providence of disabled people were searched by twenty social workers dealing with disabled people who are occupied either in government owned or in private institutions of social protection, participated in it. What were the practical outcomes of the activities? What kind of final products have been produced as a result of the project? (2/2)

6 d. Learners who participate in the project Nine (9) people participated in the program. Six of them are students (learners) and 3 collaborators and member staff of the institution "ATHENA".

7 E.Greece has taken important legislative steps to exercise social care for people with disabilities (1/2) The Greek constitution guarantees: Article 4 The principle of equality Article 22 Fortifies the right of disabled people in work Article 21 Establishes the social rule of law and social policy of the state that make reference to the disability and their protection from the Constitution

E.Greece has taken important legislative steps to exercise social care for people with disabilities (2/2) provide a range of facilities and other benefits related to the following areas: The Education of People with Disabilities is free in public schools, while the form of these schools is determined by the nature and extent of the special education that those people need. In Work and Employment, which aims at equal participation in the society, production, consumption and in the elimination of all forms of exclusion and marginalization of people with disabilities. Health, Welfare and Social Insurance, which aims at ensuring a minimum level of social protection of disabled people by providing free medical care and establishing financial aid as well as the establishment and operation of institutions of social support and reintegration, which offer to people emotional support, safety and a decent living, medical observation and rehabilitation. In Transport and Communications, which ensure accessibility for people with disabilities in a social setting.

F. European added value 9 The social protection of disabled people is included in the international framework to safeguard social right: Disabled people have the same political rights as other people. Disabled people are entitled to medical, psychological and functional treatment. Disabled people are entitled to economic and social security and a decent standard of living. Disabled people are ensured that their special needs are taken into account at all levels of economic and social planning. Disabled people have the right to live with their families or with foster parents and take part in all social, creative or recreational activities.

a. Were there any changes to the partnership or the management arrangements as planned in the application? If yes, please specify which and why. No particular changes existed. The inter-country collaboration functioned irreproachably in all the levels and consequently in administration too. The head partner coordinated with equitable way the cooperation between partners. b. The way of communication. via , telephone via Internet (Skype), etc

12 Institute "ATHENA" (Greece), organised the 2nd meeting of work (March 2010). Everything was given to the printed and electronic Press, analytic bulletins of Press with regard to the European program GRUNDTVIG which is the financier of inter-country cooperation. Also, were given detailed elements for the teams of work, the objectives, the produced products, the visits of partners in Centres of Education for disabled people, etc. The European mission received in deed in the town hall of Karditsa by mayor who discussed with the participants for the more general social policy of Greece in the frames of European Union. d. Please describe what you have done to disseminate information on the activities and the results of your Learning Partnership at local, national and European level. Outline briefly your plans for the future.

Please describe the monitoring and evaluation activities, carried out during and after the implementation of the project.organised the 2nd meeting of work (March 2010) The evaluation was multidimensional and thorough. In the stage of evaluation contributed decisively the meetings of work. In each meeting of work they was evaluated the progress that took place from each partner, imperfections or delays were pointed out and they agreed on the next steps, so that all the partners reach with absolute timing the desirable result that is the final product. f. How would you assess the adequacy of the SOCRATES grant awarded in view of the activities realised? Indicate a number from 1 ("totally insufficient") to 4 ("adequate") Evaluation of budget (financing): Greek partner is judged as sufficient "4" (adequate)
