Culturally Responsive Practices

The School QI Process All School QI Data should be entered online by 11/14/14 There is still 2 options for data entry – Someone from the district enters all of the schools themselves through the district contact login – Each school will enter their own data This year, there is a generic database with access only to your district’s school QI data ( Each district has a unique password that will be included in the directions that are ed to you See example

Complete LEA QI At this time, you will complete the LEA Level QI as a team Each of you have hard copies in your folder Use your ipad or laptop to input your answers –Go to –Online Reporting –Log in as District Contact –Enter address and password –Click on the 2 nd option (Enter/Edit Data for LEA Level QI) Please complete all 3 sections by October 3, 2014
