Create a Gantt Chart Create a Flowline Define tasks and responsibilities Analyze Cash Flow and resources Control the schedule

Vico Software Control is designed to help schedulers to increase the productivity of the on- site crews and subcontractors, and to create cost- effective and feasible plans for their projects.

Flowline provides a set of tools which will help you to increase productivity, decrease project duration, cost and risk, and avoid interruptions and disputes.

Import quantity data: - From the Vico Constructor 3D model - From Vico Estimator - From Microsoft Excel

Automatically calculate task durations from quantities, resources, and productivity information. Instantly create links to locations, thus reducing scheduling time.

Alter resources, tune buffers between tasks, and define them as continuous or discontinuous. Clearly visualize and communicate alternatives.

Benefit from the automatic calculation of cash flow utilizing the project estimate and schedule. Control dynamically adjusts the schedule to take Resource constraints into account.

Print or export the schedule, or visualize a 5D simulation of the project utilizing the Virtual Construction model.

Review project status using the control chart, and generate forecasts based on actual progress. Different colours are indicating if the different parts of the project are on time and working properly, making it easy to follow the development.
