DesDoc ® –A documentation tool and a supplement in the field of IP –The idea developed by the DKPTO – –Cheap and Quick –A public and a secret part – –Less strict requirements on graphic reproduction, text etc.

Design infringement and novelty searches –Especially relevant if no search is made by the office in which you file –Search made in Danish and European register and in DesDoc ® –Getting an indication on the strength of an registration and avoiding future legal actions –4000 DKK excl. VAT (app. 530 ) –Searches usually made within 5 working days

Stage of development of Designs –An insight in the development stage of designs –Could save the customer time and money working on something that has already been developed –The scope of the search is defined by the customer, for instance a certain type of products or a category of products. –Search made in Danish and Community register and in DesDoc® –Report usually within 5 working days –Price defined on an individual basis (app. 140 /hour)

Competitor watch/ overview –A possibility to get an update/overview of your own or your competitors registered designs –A possibility to be informed on new registrations filed by a competitor –Search and surveillance made in Danish and Community register –Possible to have surveillance more or less tailor-made for instance in regard of frequency of update –Price is set upon agreement

Trademarks : MarkWatch –A search for identical or similar trademarks among Danish, Community and Madrid Protocol trademarks designating Denmark in the relevant class(es) –Possibility to monitor a number of trademarks in one surveillance –Monthly search followed by report if hits found –Price 2100 DKK for the first mark and 1500 for each consecutive mark –(300/200 )

International trademark scans –Scanning for identical or similar marks in individually chosen registers, for instance US, CTM, Japan –Scanning on verbal elements –Usually within 10 working days –Price for Europe 5000 DKK ( 660 ) –Also Logo scans including the 25 most relevant results
