Accordingly, the focus is on Joint senior level PME which is resident-based. JFSC is one of three Joint combined level schools. Although it has only resident curriculum, it does have online courses (SNCO) that are hosted by JKDDC. Also, the focus on FY-07 is on senior level PME where nonresident curriculum is lacking. The Army War College and Air War College have nonresident programs and are not targeted in FY 07. This could change in that Knowledge as a Force Multiplier
