Routt County Caveat Map is in DRAFT form County may be in Moratorium but allow retail marijuana sales in municipalities. County is in moratorium until January Marijuana establishments are allowed in Steamboat Springs.

Policies to Further Restrict Youth Use Hours of sale o La Plata County: Retail marijuana establishment sales restricted to 8:00am-8:00pm. Limit the density of stores Licenses for retail marijuana establishments are necessary for both the state and local jurisdictional levels o Adams county is allowing a maximum of 10 retail store licenses o State did not place a cap on production

Policies to Further Restrict Youth Use Zoning o San Miguel County: Marijuana Establishments must:  Be at least ½ mile from schools, child care facilities, drug or alcohol rehabilitation centers and designated residential areas.  Minimum lot area is 5 acres  Demonstrate adequate water supply for the proposed use
