What did we learn SStaffing / Contracting: 2 pilots (90 days, 120 days) TTime consuming, difficult, 4 certs, 1 contractor late show due to availability; however, everyone pulled together to make it work TTraining was accomplished and contractors were deployed within 10 days of arrival DDan Roth and Karen Mark were outstanding in solving many, many pay & policy issues
