 Academic, physical, and moral education are important.  High standards produce high achievement.  Self discipline is key to success.  Education is key to success in a global community.  Empathy, social awareness, and diversity are important.  Everyone has a right to a quality education and to become a life-long learner.

The American School provides a student-centered, enriching, college- preparatory education that emphasizes social responsibility in a safe, bicultural, and disciplined learning environment.

 Never compromise the quality of our academic programs.  We will never tolerate disrespect.  Always secure the most competent staff.  Always maintain the highest academic, moral, and professional standards for our students and staff.  Always base decisions on what is best for the students.
