Basic Design Structure: Inner frame supports hoods interior liner and outer steel body. Post fronts and side panels are keyed together for reduced hardware and assembly time. Frame consists of 5 parts total. Frame ends are a formed universal one piece unit. Most hoods use a vertical sliding counterbalance weight for the sash.

Materials: Steel – Carbon steel with a receives chemical resistant powder coated finish or stainless steel Preparation – Carbon steel go through a phosphate wash and receive a bonderizer prior receiving the powder coating. Stainless steel preparation includes grinding, buffing, and polishing of parts. For finishes see color charts and for stainless steel we supply a number 4 finish
