The Queen of the hive is the ruler of the hive She lays all the eggs and is the only fertile bee in the hive She controls the hive with pheromones she produces The Queen is larger than all the other bees The Queen gets all these qualities from feeding off of royal jelly while in the larva stage The Queen is usually marked by a beekeeper The Queen
