Abstinence is Key. The only true fool proof way to protect yourself is to not have sex.

W HY A BSTINENCE ? Abstinence keeps you safe, healthy. You don’t have to worry about pregnancy, STI’s, pressure. Abstinence can help you strengthen your relationship with your partner and figure out the difference between love and sex. Abstinence can be for everybody. Virgin is not a dirty word..

Y OU HAVE O PTIONS. In every 6 seconds a person is infected by the HIV virus, save yourself. Use a condom. You don’t want to be just another part of a percentage. Be prepared, make sure you have condoms and contraception( birth control)

C ONTRACEPTION Most people don’t know about all the types of contraception there is more then just a condom and the pill. There is many things out there to protect you against pregnancy and/or STIs like, condoms male/female, birth control pills, the birth control patch, birth control shot, nuva ring, and getting your tubes tides or a vasectomy (also known as getting fixed)
