Presentation transcript:

Eliminates having to use quarried road base material saves cost of quarrying, transport and time. Cheaper road construction costs – 20% > Unique ability to be used with the in situ soil material – including sand, coral, loam, clay and high plasticity clays.

Can be used on new road construction or to renovate old roads – including recycling damaged asphalt roads and existing mining roads Used with in situ soil material, cement, Renolith and water – including fresh water, brackish water or even salt water. Provides reduced vibration – reduced wear on vehicles and damage to adjacent structures.

Simplifies road design and specification.

Reduces dust in dry conditions – reduced water spraying ( up to 75% ). Reduces maintenance by 70% to 85%. Enables continuous (24/7 if required) road construction.

Faster road construction – up to 8,000m2 per 8 hours, depending on conditions. Can be worked regardless of climatic conditions, temperature or even light rain events. Increased life of road – 10 to 20 years on average with low maintenance.

Can be used for a full range of surfaces - private driveways, small local roads, main public highways, mine haulage roads, port hardstands, airstrips, lining agricultural dams, capping for rail lines.

Creates a greater tensile strength than reinforced concrete – eliminates cracking and potholing in most conditions. f = force a = modulus of elasticity

Can be topped with asphalt, cold mix tar and chip, or gravel rolled in to provide a wearing surface – or left unsurfaced for small local or low traffic roads. Allows use by traffic within 5 hours of final grading and rolling. Use of Renolith specified stabilisers enhances and speeds the road construction process.

Renolith personnel available to consult on road design and train local personnel. Backed by Renolith’s 20 years successful international road construction experience. International testing results available on request.

Renolith has been used around the world- Australia, PNG, Thailand, Ireland, France and Indonesia with great success CHEAPER – FASTER - BETTER
