Muscular System The muscular system does most of the work while biking. It is mostly cardiac muscles at work. Biking also builds up the peroneus brevis, peroneus longus, quadriceps femoris, adductor and tibialis anterior muscles.

Immune System This helps you in case you ride into a branch and a leaf falls in your mouth by protecting you from the bacteria, parasites, etc., etc.
