Care Labels: Mexico Fiber Content The Spanish translation of fiber content only must be exhibited in lowercase letters including the first letter of the word. Care Labels: Dry Clean Only Dry clean only care labels must now have the following additional care warnings listed below the “Dry clean only” care instructions in English. In order to prevent the need for separate care label approvals for US/CAN/MEX purchase orders - ALL DMC care labels will now require Spanish & French translations of these additional warnings. Additional Importer of Record Labeling Liverpool importer name, address and Tax ID# (RFC#) is required to be printed on a small white label and permanently affixed on all garments. The RFC# must be exhibited in all UPPER CASE LETTERS. This permanent label will replace the importer of record hang tag on garments. The label must be clearly readable and all garments should have the permanently affixed importer of record label attached behind the DMC Main Brand Label / COO/Size labels. Belts Garments with Belts - the belts now require importer of record name/address/RFC#,  Brand, Country of origin, size and composition (Leather) declared on a bondable label or hangtag as follows: 1) Garments with belts permanently sewn to the garment: The belt DOES NOT  require  importer of record label. 2) Garments with a hardware Belt (Example metal chain belt): The hardware belt requires only an  importer of record hang tag (importer name/address/RFC#) attached with a locking loop swiftack. 3) Garments with a plastic/PU or other non-fabric material belt: The belt requires only importer of record name/address/RFC# and country of origin to be declared on a bondable label. 4) Garments with a self-fabric or other fabric Belt: The belt requires DMC Brand Label & COO/Size label permanently sewn to the belt  AND  importer of record name/address/RFC# ,fiber composition (lower case) & care Instructions to be declared on a bondable label. 5) Garments with belts that are too narrow ( spaghetti tie belt, ¼ flat tie belt ) to hold a bondable label: Belt should have an importer of record hang tag  swiftacked. 6) Garments with genuine leather belt: The Brand/COO/SIZE label must be permanently sewed or printed with permanent ink on the back of the belt AND  importer of record name/address/RFC# & leather composition(lower case) must be declared on a bondable label.   Mini Manual rev 4

Mexico Price Ticket Requirements The price ticket for Mexico orders is the same as the price tickets for US orders: * Please reference Vendor Manual Section 10. Mini Manual rev 4

Testing Requirements There are no additional testing requirement's for Mexico PO’s. The Mexico PO will reference the US styles fully compliant testing shared in the DMC PLM system. Tri-Lingual care labels are the DMC standard care label approved for all DMC styles and they are housed in the DMC PLM system. Vendors submitting testing for approval must indicate on the DMC Care Label Layout form, in the box provided, the Mexico purchase order number. Testing Associate will then automatically review and approve testing and Tri Lingual Care label for US and Mexico PO’s. Tri lingual care labels must be printed exactly per the DMC care label approved and shared in PLM – NO typo errors are permitted. Incorrectly printed care labels caught prior to shipping: Vendors will be responsible to re-print labels in time for delivery. Incorrectly printed care labels caught after shipping: Goods will need to be relabeled in Mexico. Vendors may incur chargebacks for re-labeling. Mini Manual rev 4
