Achieving the Dream (AtD) The Key Performance Indicators: – Successful completion of developmental courses and advancement to college level courses – Successful completion of initial college level or gateway courses – Completion of courses with a grade of “C” or better – Persistence from term to term and year to year – Attainment of a certificate or degree
