FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 28 th, 2014 at 12:00 noon LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED EDUCATION STUDIES OFFICE CENTENNIAL HALL 3215 Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:45 am – 4:30 pm Application materials left at any other location will be considered as NOT SUBMITTED. Applicants must complete the sign-in sheet and have their submission initialed by a staff member to complete the submission process. Admission decisions will be ed approximately two weeks after the application deadline.

ALL APPLICATION MATERIALS SUBMITTED MUST BE THE WORK OF THE STUDENT SUBMITTING. COLLABORATION WITH OTHER STUDENTS IS NOT ALLOWED ON MCEA GATE 1 APPLICATION MATERIALS. Students bear the responsibility for the academic integrity of their work. Any academic misconduct will be considered as a serious offense, and the strongest possible academic penalty for such behavior will be pursued.
