 Background: Team 18 is working to develop a system “Website” for Planet Seafood.  Purpose: Inform the client “what sort of system we are going to deliver?”.  Scope: This presentation will cover an overview of the project, proposed system description and current status. Introduction

 Proposed system includes three components which are a database, a content management system (CMS), and an online store system. Project overview

 The website is limited to a subscription service only.  The subscription service is inactive.  Lack of basic website elements.  The data “customer s” are not in Planet Seafood possession. Current System Issues

 The client will act as the administrator of the website.  The website will enable the client to carry out numerous functions. Administrator Functions

 Team:  Recovered well after receiving a new member.  Actively reviewing team processes. Current Project Status

 Project:  Deliverables are on time.  Some issues due to lack of experience.  Indecisiveness over how to build the system.  Client:  Easy to contact.  No issues to report. Current Project Status
