Network of 22 chapters statewide Chapters elect Board of Directors; Board membership strength based on chapter size (by Member Firms) Board elects the Executive Committee – President, President-Elect, Vice President, Secretary- Treasurer, National Director, and Immediate Past President Membership involvement through 19 committees Fiscal year runs from July to June Leadership Manual a real resource; updated annually Participation in ACEC national is important

Currently approximately 880 member firms statewide Average firm has 21 FTEs Recruitment and retention are important Effective recruitment thru multiple personal contacts Dues phase-in essential for recruitment Commissioned-based Membership Director Retention is greatly helped when members are active in chapters, committees and the Board
