Animation BY DION MACDONALD
Introduction Animation is the art of using multiple frames of art to create the illusion that the picture is moving. There are many types of animation, including traditional, computer and stop motion.
Traditional Animation Each frame is drawn by hand. The frames are shot by a camera.
Computer Animation Each frame is produced through an animation program. Can be 2-Dimensional or 3-Dimensional
Stop Motion Animation Real world inanimate objects (like clay figurines) are photographed, moved slightly, and photographed again… (Claymation)
Conclusion Animation is a very interesting field which interests me much. As time progresses, animation is developing new techniques that enable quicker, easier, and more accessible production.
