The aim of my project is to answer the questions: What vegetables and fruits are typical for our people? What are the national dishes of our countries? How are they cooked? What can national cuisine tell us?

Okroshka In my country we cook okroshka. It’s a very popular dish. It is eaten cold. Okroshka is a mixture of finely chopped vegetables with a neutral taste: fresh cucumber, reddish, green onion, dill.Then you should add boiled eggs and boiled potatoes, meat or fish. Meat or fish are added in proportion to the vegetables. The meat is used boiled, lean. Brew for okroshka should be special, so-called white kvass, more acidic than regular bread. At last sour cream is put into okroshka. Good apetite!
