Purpose. A&A Computer employs an Operations Manager who takes decisions necessary for the immediate functioning of the company, troubleshoots and assists in all operational areas. A&A Computer employs an Operations Manager who takes decisions necessary for the immediate functioning of the company, troubleshoots and assists in all operational areas.

Responsible for; 1.Decision making 2.Troubleshooting and training. 3.Maintaining staff discipline 4.Advising management. 5.Direct involvement in any area of operations.

Activities Decision making In the absence of the director, make decisions necessary for the immediate functioning of the company. Report these decisions to the director as soon as possible

Activities Troubleshooting and training Monitor daily running of the company, and discuss trends with the director. Devise methods for improving negative trends. Discuss these methods with the director. Identify areas in which staff needs training; discuss with CRM, compile a training program, and implement it Computer training to our clients

Activities Maintain staff discipline Monitor staff punctuality, accuracy, general behaviour. Discuss with members of staff any negative behavior they may display. Give warnings to those repeating undesirable behavior. Report serious infringements, or recidivists, to the director.

Activities Advise management. Staff attitudes requiring action. Suggest improved procedures. Report underachieving and misbehaving staff to the Director. Advice Director ways to improve sales Advice the Director ways to improve technical services
