The framework of mechanisms of assistance of the Conference of the Parties Convention Secretariat WHO FCTC

Assistance to Parties in implementing specific provisions of the Convention, with a particular focus on developing Parties Intercountry workshops Needs assessments Assistance to Parties to meet the needs identified Database of available resources Promoting the transfer of expertise and technology Mechanisms of assistance

2. Assistance in relation to reporting arrangements under the Convention Assistance to Parties in preparation and submission of reports (FCTC web page, step by step instructions, web- based forum, trainings – face to face, internet based, individual assistance) Feedback to all reporting Parties – after submission of reports Mechanisms of assistance (contd)

3.
