Holland Code Essay  Must be typed in size 12 font  An explanation of what your two letter code means. Address the particular skills you have which apply to both of your Holland Code letters  Describe a job you wanted when you where young. Address what specific skills you have (as found in your self assessment book) which indicates you would do well in that childhood dream job. Write about the specific skills you scored poorly on (as found in your self assessment book) which shows you would not have done well in this job.  What you learned about potential careers from exploring the Holland career cluster. Make sure to address all three of the following issues:  What careers might suit you and specifically why.  What jobs you might find in those careers  What type of education: major, years, type of school would help you get this job  Whether you think the Holland Code is helpful or not helpful and why you think so.
