New Leader Training – Regional Director Role FAAMA Regional Director Role – Board of Directors (BOD) Meetings BOD Meetings BOD meetings are used to conduct FAAMA business. BOD Meeting agendas are published in advance. BOD meetings use Robert’s Rules of Order to conduct business. A role call is conducted and a quorum of RDs (At least 5 of the 9) must be present to conduct FAAMA business. RDs must attend quarterly “face-to-face” BOD meetings. RDs must attend monthly and/or special BOD teleconferences. Reader’s note: RDs may select Associate RDs to assist them. Associate RD may attend BOD meeting and teleconferences and vote on behalf of the RD.
