Selective Major Approach :  Major selection: each member edits a web page of her own major or a major of interest  Document design: initially allowed creativity and variation the overall principle is to adhere to the current web page template to avoid major reconstructions (project limitation—the existing web page framework) use call out boxes to provide students with more useful links of student resources  Content editing: focuses on the real world section, aims to shorten the major section, and adds clarity to major requirements section Project Overview About our group’ s editing decisions

Client’s Feedback :  Very pleased and impressed with our work  Will hire a team to continue working on the project and incorporate the recommendations  Interested in knowing the total number of recipients of our survey Conclusion The figure above shows the unique users who opened our survey—an estimate of about 500 people; the most frequent visits occurred between May 21 and May 27. Response rate: 13%

Tools Used :  Survey: weebly.com; face to face consultation with professors and advisors  Webpage image editing: Photoshop  Excel: graphs and charts  Team Collaboration: Google Doc and face to face meetings (two times)  Client communication: weekly s and four meetings Lessons Learned :  Editing skills: visual design & comprehensive editing skills  Project management skills: team collaboration, effective communications with the client and between team members. Conclusion
