Highlights, cont DEFENSE 2015, March 2015, Laurel, MD The inaugural DEFENSE 2015 Forum was held at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab US Only, Secret forum brought together more than 250 participants, leaders from the government, military industry and academia 94 technical presentations, and 9 keynote addresses inlcuding Under Secretary Kendall, Lt. Gen’s Pawlikowski and Kowalski, and Adm. Rogers Topics included: Acquisition Technical superiority Hypersonics Cybersecurity Strategic and tactical missiles and many more More than 88% of attendees plan to not only attend the next event, but recommend additional participation from their organizations 5
