Le Cordon Bleu has culinary schools across North America, including some of the most desirable and culturally distinctive cities in the United States. Whichever culinary arts school campus you choose — Boston, San Francisco, or almost anywhere in between — you may have the opportunity to experience an exciting and challenging curriculum that immerses you in the culinary and hospitality world. That's because Le Cordon Bleu Culinary programs focus exclusively on culinary arts, pâtisserie and baking, and hospitality & restaurant management. And on your own time, you'll be free to plunge into the cultural and culinary fabric of the city you’re learning in.

There are programs for over 1,000 different careers, including that of baker. These apprenticeships range from 1-6 years and provide an opportunity for you to learn a trade while earning money. Most confer some kind of certification upon the completion of the program. Some of the programs involve classroom training alongside work experience and may allow you to gain college credits through participating schools. As opposed to apprenticeships, which provide most of the training on the job, paid internships are usually offered through a degree program during the summer term or final semester after the completion of all other courses. Internships give you the opportunity to gain professional experience and earn a salary, while completing your education in baking and pastry arts. During an internship, you will work for a commercial establishment, gaining potential future employment connections and learning not only real-world applications, but also professionalism in the workplace - all before you actually graduate.

The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Certificate is designed to take you from our school’s commercial style kitchens to a professional kitchen. Learn the way as you spend a significant amount of time in the kitchen devoted to practicing and perfecting your skills and developing your creativity. Experienced chef instructors will demonstrate culinary proficiencies that you can develop throughout your training at Le Cordon Bleu.
