Internal Environment - Web Server Registration All Web servers associated with the University must be registered with Information Technology. This information will be stored by Information Technology and verified periodically. All Web service providers are responsible for the currency, legitimacy, legality, and appearance of their pages. Also, Web service providers must adhere to UWI's Web policies and are responsible not only for the content and appearance of their own pages but for those linked personal pages which branch from their pages.

Internal Environment – Intranet Disclaimer The University maintains this INTRANET site to enhance employee access to current administrative, human resource forms and data as well as academic related information systems. The INTRANET was created to provide an online reference that can be updated when information and policies change or new policies are adopted. We hope that the availability of this information in an electronic format will reduce the need for printed copies. The University is not responsible for inaccurate information that may result from technical malfunctions used during the display of this information.

Internal Environment – Intranet Disclaimer Over time, the UWI will be updating and revising all their policy and guidance documents. In addition we are reissuing all the revised documents as they are completed. Our goal is for the INTRANET to be THE SOURCE for all HR policy and guidance as well as the information hub of the campus community. To date only a few documents have gone through this process. Some documents that exist on the INTRANET may include inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information. Please check with your Administration to insure you have the most complete and accurate information for these particular policy and guidance documents.
