Joy Because The Lord Has Come  John 1: There was the true Light which, coming into the world, enlightens every man. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and those who were His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name,

Let Every Heart Prepare Him Room  2 Corinthians 4:6 -- For God, who said, “Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

Heaven and Nature Sing  Psalm 98:4 -- Shout joyfully to the L ORD, all the earth; Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.  Earth can indicate either the place or the inhabitants therein.

Joy Because Jesus Reigns!  There is a King in heaven  Psalm 2:6, “ But as for Me, I have installed My King upon Zion, My holy mountain….Now therefore, O kings, show discernment; take warning, O judges of the earth. Worship the Lord with reverence and rejoice with trembling. Do homage to the Son, that He not become angry, and you perish in the way….”

Matthew 27:11  Jesus is Our King  “Now Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor questioned Him, saying, ‘Are You the King of the Jews?’ And Jesus said to him, ‘It is as you say.’”

Let Men Their Songs Employ…  2 Timothy 4: I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and instruction.

Psalm 98:7-8  “Let the sea roar and all it contains, the world and those who dwell in it. Let the rivers clap their hands, let the mountains sing together for joy.”

Joy Because Of His Salvation  Galatians 3:13 – Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us – for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.’”

Ephesians 1:3  Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ….

Romans 8:2  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

Joy Because Of Love And Righteousness  Because of grace and truth  John 1:14 --And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.

2 John 1:3  Grace, mercy and peace will be with us, from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

1 Corinthians 1:30-31  But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption, so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
