Key Organizations Incident Command/Unified Command – responsible for overall incident management by development and implementation of strategic decisions Emergency Operations Center (EOC) – a pre-designated facility typically used to coordinate internal agency resources in support of an incident Joint Field Office (JFO) – location of PFO and responsible for coordination of all federal activities in support of incident

If a NSI happens in your region tomorrow do you integrate into the JFO and take a chance on becoming part of the blurry federal mass... OR… organize in a way that assures effective data and information flow throughout the response organization?
