Problems Encountered When first using the Q-Trak, I didn’t follow the Standard Operating Procedures-Had to re-do 8 homes. Conclusion Most of the homes that we tested had a high CO ² which is Carbon Dioxide. This tell us that most homes need to exchange their air by opening windows or turning their HRV up to exchange air or install M-80’s to help exchange air. (homes that were built in the 1970 or earlier)
