System Goals Increase efficiency and accuracy in the commenting process for the Secretariat, Contact point, In-country reviewers Robust, reliable, user-friendly editing features for users Light weight model, caching and low band tools for users with slow or limited internet access Incorporate additional features requested by users, like comment sharing with other member states, levels of delegation within member states, offline component
