There are approximately 350 million obese people (BMI ≥30.0) and over 1 billion overweight people (BMI ≥25) in the world. Overall about 2.5 million deaths are attributed to overweight/obesity worldwide (the so-called globesity). Globesity

Bangladesh In Bangladesh, obesity is on the increase, particularly in women. Rapidly transmitting into young children Increasing trend of obesity in both rural and urban population Every second household in the Dhaka city now has one or more diabetes patient.
