REFUND OPTIONS We give our customers several different options on how they receive their tax refund.

REFUND PRODUCTS  E-Collect NON BANK  E-File Return  Paper Return How the customer receives their refund

E-Collect  THREE options  7-10 day turnaround, may even be faster!  All FEES are deducted from the refund ① You print the refund check in your office ② Direct deposit refund to customer bank account ③ Bank loads E1 Visa Debit Card with the refund

e-Collect Fees  Refund check printed in the office - $84 (Additional $10 for state refund check)  Refund with direct deposit to taxpayers bank account - $74  Refund deposited onto E1 Visa Debit Card - $69 With e-Collect the bank charges a processing fee for the advantage of not having to pay up front

E1 VISA DEBIT CARD  Customer receives a VISA card  Customer does not need to come back to the office when the refund is released  Customer does not need to have bank account  Customer does not need to have check cashed  Customer can take money off card as needed. ADVANTAGES

E-FILE AND PAPER  Your office will be charged for the return, so collect those fees!!  In 4-6 weeks the refund check will be MAILED to the customer directly from the IRS  Paper returns must be signed and mailed to the IRS by the taxpayer. You can address an envelope for them, they need to mail! You must collect the PREP fees up front
