Early summer voluntary acquisition of significant plots of land within the CPO site and corresponding withdrawal of objections to CPO 13 February the CPO sent for approval to the Scottish Government Early September conclusion of agreement between the Council and the remaining major commercial land owner 7 October CPO public hearing took place in respect of remaining statutory objections January August confirmation by Scottish Government CPO Site in three phases
June- December Council completes title to whole of the CPO Site September CPO site handed over to City Legacy Limited Total Timescale for CPO – Just over a year
