VTS’ Field Education program currently is designed: Primarily for M.Div. seminarians To provide experiential, contextual learning opportunities to assist seminarians with: Integrating their study of Christian tradition and their practice of Christian ministry Developing their liturgical & leadership abilities Enhancing their personal and professional growth, and Promoting ongoing theological reflection on the practice of ministry

Small group at FE site whose purpose is to: Assist the seminarian in his/her development as a Christian minister, and Walk, grow and learn with him/her as fellow pilgrims and disciples who share common joys and struggles in life and faith. Usually 2 hr. monthly meetings. Lay Committee Orientations and Assessment Workshops.
