Break-out session Validation and Verification Report Templates Module 3.4 Main issues discussed: -UNFCCC: objective is increasing consistency of DOE reporting Currently 7 forms are created: validation of PA, post registration changes, renewal of crediting period, PoA, CPA inclusion, verification, PoA verification, draft available based on forms of the DOE May 2012 stakeholder consultation, EB68 planned introduction - DOE: Content should follow the VVS, Pre-Defined statements, Avoid doubled information, exclude means of validation long-term digitized PDD as well. GSP before DOE is contracted. PP uploads PDD.-> full digitization -RIT: Current forms based on VVM, evolved from IETA, currently a lot of copy and paste from PDD, language often loose, this causes request for review, change should not be done now due to end of KP1 -PD: Target: process should be as easy as online tax form, recommends the German EU ETS software, online interaction with DOE, Simple, access from everywhere, traceable, safe
