 Must one be born of water and the Spirit per John 3:5?  Does the Holy Spirit dwell in Christians today?  Does The Holy Spirit guide, strengthen and comfort Christians today?  Are believers, by one Spirit, baptized into one body today? (1 Cor 12:13) Should believers today expect to receive Holy Spirit baptism, (evidenced by speaking in tongues), like the apostles did in Acts 2?

The WHO includes the Pharisees and Sadducees Matthew 3:5-12 (NKJV) 10 And even now the ax is laid to the root of the trees. Therefore every tree which does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. John 1:33 (NKJV) 'Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.'

 The preposition "by" has the idea of instrumentality - not that we are baptized "with the Spirit"  The Holy Spirit leads us by the instrument of the word to be baptized into Christ. (cf. 1 Peter 1:22-25)  This baptism, (the one New Testament baptism), is water baptism. (Acts 8:12; 2:38; 10:47,48)
