Sha.p.e.s. Sharing prior excellence and support for the MED creative asset Coordination Committee - ROME, 17th July 2013 This WP consolidates the network of networks and involves not only partners and external partners but also the "origin" networks in the tests, through and intense work of activities promotion. It is composed of two phases, the first addressed mainly to SMEs and the second addressed to territorial institutions.

Sharing prior excellence and support for the MED creative asset Coordination Committee - ROME, 17th July 2013 WP 4a: DELIVERING SERVICES FOR CREATIVE BUSINESS AND SUPPORTING NETWORKING PROCESSES (resp. FAMCP) 3 activities: 1)Training schemes/labs of creativeness (9): Once, through the KS, partners have acquired methodologies, they can deliver some training class in their own regions for boosting creativity. 2)Pop-up shop/events, Creativity-marketplace (3) (from virtual to real) in France (cared by CCIMP), Italy (Italian partners), Spain (FAVMP). This activity aims to promote the existing hidden excellence in welknown showcases (special participation) by awarding best creative businesses with the aim to favour real communities and cooperation networks of excellence. 3) Creation of virtual communities for excellence.

Sharing prior excellence and support for the MED creative asset Coordination Committee - ROME, 17th July 2013 WP 4b: EMPOWERING INNOVATION GOVERNANCE (UIPRS) 2 activities addressed to institutions andaimed to mainstream the refined joint model (see WP3a). Following the activity of the Scientific Board, the two actions are delivered by some institutional partners and by almost all the external partners involved. 1)Tests of model of governance (7). 2)Recommendations papers for governance of innovation: following the tests,the partners elaborate and diffuse the recommendations. External partners play an important role (as multiplier) in this phase.
