Student Selection From the group of students that expressed their interest to participate in the project, a group of 10 students was selected STRATEGY Information of students attending related courses Students of two undergraduate courses were informed on the goal of the project. Barouti Marialena

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR VOLUNTEERS 1 Their level of commitment in order to meet the demands of the work assigned. Their suitability to undertake a task and if they are cooperative. Basic knowledge of computer use on text editing software (e.g. Microsoft Word). STRATEGY 2 3 Barouti Marialena

Step by step guides on the use of equipment and software were created in order to be given to the students Three scanners were placed in a quite computer room with adequate lighting and space in order to be used by the volunteers. Books were selected STRATEGY Barouti Marialena

Initially a number of the most popular book titles from Greek and International literature was selected, from the university library. Moreover special attention were given to the fonts used in the books. STRATEGY BOOK SELECTION Barouti Marialena
