Focus Areas Innovation and professional growth. Development of a collection of artifacts that support Focused Instruction and SOEI. Technical skills in context. Structured online learning and discussion sessions following the National School Reform Faculty protocols. The unConference learning platform.

Participants All new EL hires 15 current teachers (selected via application) A network of school and district administrators

Participant Expectations Engage in all sessions, commit to apply learning, share in learning groups and at campuses, document progress following NSRF protocols. Be actively involved in new media and social media venues of sharing (i.e. Blogs, Twitter, and other connecting venues). Commitment to Focused Instruction and SOEI.

Participant Expectations Meet monthly F2F: Face-to-Face. Mid-year and end-of-year community share via unConference format. Include opportunities for classroom swaps/visits at least 1x per year per team
