Arch-E week schedule  MONDAY, APRIL 9TH: MOVIE NIGHT  Thinking about ordering “October Sky” ….Do we like this?  There will be pizza, popcorn, and drinks.  It will be in The Great Hall Meeting Room #1 from 7PM-10PM  TUESDAY, APRIL 10TH: SPORTS NIGHT  We will have three courts reserved in the ARC. One for volleyball and the other two for the basketball tournament.  Gift Cards and T-Shirts will be given to winning players  Bottled water will be provided  An will be sent to register your team. Your team must be created 24 hours in advance.  WEDNESDAY, APRIL 11TH: GAME NIGHT  We will play games in The Great Hall Meeting Room #3 from 7PM-10PM. You can stay the whole time or come for a little bit!  Pizza/Chicken Wings, Chips & Salsa, and Drinks will be provided  We will have many games! Feel free to bring any of yours too!  THURSDAY, APRIL 12TH: COOK OUT  Cookout outside the SEL  Food and drinks will be provided  We will be selling t-shirts there!

Arch-E Week Volunteering ***FOR ALL ARCHE-WEEK EVENTS*** DAISY WILL NEED VOLUNTEERS FOR EACH DAY TO HELP AND THERE ARE SIGN-UP SHEETS  WE WILL HAVE RAFFELS AT EACH EVENT FOR DIFFERENT PRIZES SO PLEASE INVITE ALL YOUR FRIENDS/ORGANIZATIONS!

T-Shirt Design These are the T-Shirts this year! If you for sure want a shirt please sign your name on the sheet to give me an estimate of how many to order. They will be selling for $10!

Officer Succession  Who wants to run E-Council next year?  These are the “Primaries”  If there is more than one person interested in a position, we’ll take care of it next quarter  Interested parties present their credentials  Then we’ll vote on who we think is the best candidate  Positions:  President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary

National Conference  2012 NAESC National Conference  March 29 th -April 1 st  They have requested that we attend the conference to get reacquainted  Registration fee is $180  We should send at least 1 delegate
