Grade Breakdown Homework: 20% Quizzes: 15% Tests: 50% Projects: 10% Classwork: 5%
Class Policy Highlights O Homework O work must be shown to receive credit O Late work is accepted for half credit O Late work will not be accepted after the chapter test covering that material O Tests and Quizzes O Students may retake tests IF they did 80% of the homework in that chapter O In order to retake a test students must complete an additional practice activity OR receive tutoring from a math teacher
Progress Book Notification O Parents can set up alerts in Progress Book in order to be notified regarding low or missing scores. O Go to Family Information/Alerts O Under Alert Settings, click the box for Missing Assignments, Low Assignment Marks, or both. O If you click Low Assignment Marks, click Set Low Mark Settings to enter the score that you want to trigger an alert. O Under Alert s, enter an address to receive the alert. O Click the Update button.

Geometry O Geometry is a year long course. Students must past both semesters in order to graduate. O Each semester grade is 40% for each quarter grade, and 20% semester grade.
