 2 locations: South Sefton and Southport area  Specialist or equivalent to ‘Dentist with enhanced skills’  600 cases total  6 month / 6 month contracts (to fit around procurement rules)  Provision of care with LA or LA/sedation  Evaluation via NIHR research programme  Linked to triage which will be undertaken by local consultants

 Written submission in response to service spec.  Evidence of training  Portfolio of evidence of clinical training  Face to face discussion with potential providers  Practice inspection (SAAD)  QA by local consultant oral surgeon
