Understand why it is important to have a proper table structure for your database. Use the functionality of a database to produce reports

Reality Show. In this unit, you have been asked to help a TV production company create a new exciting reality TV show! Getting the right Contestants. Well the contestants are starting to apply and interviews have begun. We need to sort all their details and then look at them more closely. Read the following from the producers to carry out the next task.

Look at the Contestant application form and see if you can work out what table to create in order to store the data. Think about: What fields do you need? What data types do these fields need to be?
