Stress Management and Laughter

Laugher and a Healthier You  When was the last time you had a laugh so hard that tears started to flow?  Did you know that 20 seconds of laughter could double your heart rate for 3 –5 minutes. Ways to Reduce You Stress  Jumble up your daily routine.  We all get stuck into the same comfortable, routine. Ways to Reduce You Stress  Learn to laugh at yourself.  Many of us take life so seriously we sometimes forget that a mistakes happen and laugher can be seem not so bad.  Turn a negative situation into a positive one.  If there is an event coming up that you are dreading it is import to create a reward for getting through that event.
